BRIDAL SHOW TIPS

Attending a bridal show can be very helpful in planning your wedding. You can meet and speak directly with many wedding professionals - all in one location! It can be a really enjoyable day for you and your wedding party, mother, and/or groom-to-be. Our Bridal Event offer prizes at the end of the Fashion Show and individual vendors also give away prizes.

1. Be prepared to wait in line to register. Be patient! This is well worth it.

2. Bring the decision makers, ie: Your parents, fiancée etc.

3. Come prepared to book services.  Many vendors will be offering a “book now” special discount, as a show special.

4. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

5. Be prepared to wear a "Bride-to-be" sticker to receive special attention from the vendors.
6. Bring water, gum and mints.

7. Bring preprinted self-adhesive address labels. This will save you much time and allow you to sign up for anything you want very quickly.

8. Bring a pen and print very clearly when registering at each vendor's booth.

9. Bring your appointment book/pda to make appointments.

10. Bring your checkbook if you want to actually book any services, or hold dates with a deposit. Ask Vendors for "One Day Only Specials".

11. Collect any information you are interested in - take it home to look over again when you have some quiet time.

12. If you are out of town, send your mother or friend to register you for prizes and collect information on services you need.

13. Dress nice but, wear comfortable shoes.  You have plenty of time to visit all the vendors.  You are on a fact finding mission!

14. It is nice if your fiancé attends with you IF he is interested.
